When you sign up to participate in or receive a quotation/service from The Arkwright Centre, we will ask for the minimum information appropriate to fulfil such requests, and therefore different web pages within this site may ask for different personal information.

Where you have given us information we will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (eg. to government bodies and law enforcement agencies to assist in the detection of criminal acts) and we will only use your information within the Arkwright Centre to prepare services on your behalf.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Your booking is provisional until the Centre receives a signed and completed booking form.
Where catering is required, numbers must be confirmed seven days prior to the event, along with any special dietary requirements.
Only food and drink purchased at the Centre may be consumed on the premises, unless by prior arrangement. In this instance a surcharge of £25 will be made.
The balance of payments for business bookings is payable within 28 days of receiving your invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made with 11 to 20 days' notice will incur a 50% charge and 10 days or less, will incur full cost.
Any electrical equipment brought onto the premises must be at the hirer's own risk and be PA Tested.
